Transportation Policy

Overview

As a courtesy to our clients, we may offer limited transportation to and from agreed-upon photo shoot locations. This service is not guaranteed for every session and may be provided at our discretion. Please note that we do not carry any special business or commercial auto insurance for passenger transport; we recommend that all clients consider their personal insurance coverage and comfort level when deciding to use this option.

Availability & Scheduling

  • Advance Request: Transportation must be requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled shoot.
  • Single Occupancy: At this time, we can only accommodate one passenger. If you have additional friends or family, please arrange separate transportation.
  • No Guarantee: Our schedule may not always allow for transport. We reserve the right to decline transport requests based on availability or location constraints.

Liability & Disclaimer

  • Personal Responsibility: By choosing to travel with us, you acknowledge and accept any inherent risks. We are not liable for any injuries, property damage, or other incidents that may occur in transit.
  • Belongings: You are responsible for your personal items. We cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Fees & Costs

  • Courtesy Basis: At this time, we do not charge a separate fee for transportation unless otherwise noted.
  • Permit or Location Fees: If a location requires specific access or parking fees, these will be the client’s responsibility at cost.
